PILATES CLASS TYPES

These sessions allow you to focus on your specific goals, whether you’re recovering from an injury, refining your technique, or building strength and mobility in a way that works best for your body.

In these 1:1 or duet sessions, we tailor each movement to your needs, using the Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Springboard, or Mat.

It’s a best way to start your pilates journey or progress to more advanced mover. A duet session is perfect if you want to train with a friend or partner while still receiving individualised attention.
